Pop Warner Wolfpack Tackle Football and Cheer

Your BEST football season starts in the off-season!  Players from all levels can improve and develop their skills through the Pop Warner summer camp and player development program.  At Pop Warner we are passionate about youth sports - especially football - and we believe it is time for players to get back outside, exercising, having fun, and being active.  Times have been tough on kids and on their families too. So to help us all get back to a little bit of normal, we at Pop Warner Football and Cheer are providing a series of high-value, low-cost, non-contact football camps for young athletes from 5 to 14 years old.  

Each of these non-contact camps will include drills focused on:
  • Fundamental blocking and tackling skills
  • Offensive and defensive football skills
  • Speed, agility, and conditioning
Camps will be provided on Wednesdays each week for two months (Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.) beginning Wednesday June 1st and ending on July 20th.  Each camp will be one and a half hours in length, and athletes will be placed in groups of similar ages. If a camp gets canceled due to weather we may not have the capacity to make up the camp. 

We ask that ALL campers please bring a water bottle or sports drink with their name clearly and prominently printed on the container.  We recommend football type cleats or comfortable athletic shoes and for those so inclined, football receiver gloves.  If campers wish to bring their own football to the camp, then they can do so, but PLEASE make sure to prominently mark the ball with the player's name, as they are responsible for keeping track of their own equipment.  Also, just a reminder that these camps are "non-contact" so no pads or helmets are needed. The only other thing you need to bring is a desire to learn, to improve, and to have fun! You bring your full effort and your best attitude and we will do everything we can to help you improve.

Every camp will include fundamental blocking and tackling drills, speed/agility/strength/conditioning, and offensive/defensive skills.  And not to mention we will have a full cheerleading camp program going on each night as well.
